These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Y22 AI website, platform, and all associated products, including the AI Roleplay Engine, AI Call Scoring Engine, Whisper™, Y22 Notetaker, and any related software, features, or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Y22 AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old


  • Create an account with accurate information


  • Have the legal authority to bind your organization (if using Y22 for business purposes)


2. Description of Services

Y22 AI provides tools for:

  • AI-powered sales roleplay simulations


  • AI call scoring


  • Call recording and transcription


  • Real-time sales assistance


  • Sales training recommendations


  • Uploading business documents for AI training


  • Ongoing coaching and performance tracking


The Services include both free and paid features.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information


  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials


  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access


You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. User Content


You may upload or enter:

  • Scripts, ICP documents, or training materials


  • Sales call recordings


  • Persona configurations and training inputs


  • Files, PDFs, or other business documents


  • Any text entered into the platform


(“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using the Services, you grant Y22 a limited, non-exclusive, revocable
license to:

  • Process, analyze, and use the content solely to provide the Services


  • Generate roleplays, training plans, transcripts, scores, insights, and recommendations


We do not use your User Content to train public AI models.

5. Call Recording & Legal Compliance

If you use Y22 Notetaker, Whisper™, or any recording features, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with all call recording laws


  • Obtaining consent from all call participants


  • Ensuring your usage meets legal and organizational requirements


Y22 assumes no liability for your failure to obtain required consent.


6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for illegal activity


  • Upload harmful, confidential, or infringing content without authorization


  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform


  • Interfere with or damage the Services


  • Use Y22 to harass, impersonate, or mislead others


  • Use the Services to build a competing product


We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


7. Subscription, Billing & Payments


Paid accounts may include:

  • Monthly or annual licensing


  • User-based fees


  • Add-on modules


  • Usage-based pricing


By subscribing, you authorize Y22 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.


1. Refund Policy


Unless required by law:

  • All purchases are non-refundable


  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle


8. Data Storage, Access & Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Y22 uses:

  • Secure hosting environments


We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as detailed in the Privacy Policy.


9. AI-Generated Output


Y22 generates:

  • Scores


  • Recommendations


  • Transcripts


  • AI responses


  • Whisper prompts


These outputs may include errors or inaccuracies.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI output is for informational purposes only


  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content


  • Y22 is not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions


10. Intellectual Property


Y22 owns:

  • The platform


  • The software


  • AI models and algorithms


  • Scoring systems


  • Whisper™ assistant


  • Designs, code, and all proprietary components


You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.


11. Service Availability


We strive to maintain uptime, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service


  • We may make updates, changes, or suspend features


  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruption


Y22 is not liable for downtime or access issues.


12. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms


  • Misuse the platform


  • Fail to pay subscription fees


You may terminate your account at any time.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we may retain data as required for legal or operational reasons.


13. Disclaimers


To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Y22 is provided “AS IS”


  • We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement


  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, performance, or outcomes


14. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Y22 is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits


  • Loss of data


  • Business interruption


  • Decisions made based on AI output


  • Claims arising from call recordings


  • Damages exceeding the amount paid in the past 12 months


This limitation applies even if Y22 has been advised of potential damages.


15. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y22, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services


  • Your User Content


  • Your violation of laws or these Terms


16. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of:
Wyoming 

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.


17. Modifications to Terms


We may update these Terms periodically.
