Training Inputs: persona details, ICP details, objections, goals, job titles, and any data you enter when configuring training simulations.
(This may include business information contained in your uploaded PDFs.)Uploaded Documents: product information, scripts, ICP materials, pitch decks, and internal materials uploaded to train the AI.
Call Recordings & Transcripts: audio, text transcripts, summaries, and scoring data from calls recorded using Y22 Notetaker.
Live Call Data: questions asked, prompts requested, and interactions with Whisper™ during live calls.
Support Communications: messages sent to support or customer
success.

Y22 stores recordings and transcripts securely and privately.
We never access your recordings unless:
